This focused and experienced retail professional, must share our commitment to fashion, quality and customer service excellence and will assist in maximizing turnover and profits; controlling expenses within budget and improving the visual appeal and customer service of all stores based in his/her area. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and meeting KPI’s in 8 stores. Qualifications and Experience Qualification/s: • Matric (a business related qualification will be an advantage) Experience / Knowledge: • Previous experience as an Area Manager of multiple stores Competencies • Strong retail business acumen and trader mentality • Target and turnover driven, whilst being security conscious • Good administration, planning and time management skills • Good interviewing and recruitment skills • Excellent management and IR skills • Strong leadership, training and coaching skills – able to motivate and inspire • Energetic, self-motivated and resilient with a flair for fashion • Excellent verbal and written communicate skills (computer literate) • Knowledge of merchandising principles and fashion • Customer centric Apply Now
