We are seeking an Area Manager for a permanent role based in Houghton, Gauteng. Dear Applicants, Your consideration for this position is appreciated. Experience Needed To Be Considered : Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance / business related field, candidate must have Finance Management / Finance 2 A property related degree advantageous Must be a SA born citizen with a valid drivers license and own transport Strong negotiation and relationship building skills 4 years’ experience in property investment / property finance structuring 5 years’ experience in business management Experience in banking, sales, marketing, and business investment Experience in sourcing clients, analyzing financials, and drafting investment reports The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Take complete ownership of financial management, income, and expenses Oversee the end-to-end property investment process with a specific focus on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio management Actively participate in various committee meetings Prepare / present detailed investment proposal reports Develop / execute marketing strategies Strategically cultivate and maintain relationships Actively manage client relationships and regularly participate in management meetings Salary: Market Related.
