The Senior Art Director will spearhead visual storytelling; responsible for conceptualising and executing compelling visual content that engages the audience and enhances the brand presence. The successful candidate will develop and implement creative solutions, oversee photo and video shoots, collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams, and ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. The successful candidate will be a visionary thinker who is ahead of social media trends. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards in execution of marketing materials Collaborate with internal stakeholders Develop digital storyboards and animation Animate and edit videos Conceptualise and execute work Work across social platforms and formats Communicate across all levels (both internal and external) Present ideas and concepts articulately and confidently Drive high-performance culture through efficiency Keep abreast of social media and advertising trends in accordance with industry best practice Qualifications/Experience/Skills: Relevant tertiary qualification in Design Minimum 4 years experience as a (MW to Snr) Art Director / Designer in an Advertising Agency Proficient in Office 365 (i.e. SharePoint/MS Teams etc.) Proficient in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc. Well versed in Digital (have a good understanding of social media KPI’s) Excellent digital design, graphic and typographic skills Strong presentation skills Strong multitasking skills (ability to work across multiple platforms at given time) An online portfolio showcasing Digital and TTL work Personal Attributes: Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure, conscientious and accountable for own actions and output Can manage change in a fast paced industry on constantly changing platforms Resilient Reliable Creative "out of the box" thinker Deadline driven Meticulous with attention to detail Other: Comfortable to work on alcohol brands and comfortable to work on-site (at the office)
