Description The successful candidate will be responsible to perform the necessary repairs to vehicles as assigned by the Rework Planner with the procedures of the area. You would be responsible to perform the necessary repairs to vehicles as assigned by the Rework Planner. This position would require you to check that defects are correctly captured in IPSQ, diagnose root causes of defects, and to reserve vehicles on the F1F2 system, prior to rework commencing. You would be required to request spare parts (via the DS&R) process, release the defect/rework in IPSQ, and provide an accurate description of operations performed. Final testing to be performed, which will include the release of the retest block on IPSQ. Qualifications Minimum N4 Must have Trade test Auto Electrician or Mechanic. Minimum 1 year experience as a qualified Artisan with BMW systems knowledge. Sound Knowledge of ISTA, INPA and Cascade test systems MS Excel skill. Problem solving & Analytical Thinking skills Solutions focused Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
