REQUIREMENTS: Bookkeeping responsibilities to trial balance Process entries to trail balance. Process customer invoices Process Supplier invoices Assist with queries. Debtors Capturing and allocations of receipts. Review debtors age analysis weekly and report. Manage debtors' book and correspond with customers regarding queries and overdue accounts. Prepare monthly age analysis. Creditors Capturing and allocations of payments. Review creditors age analysis monthly and report. Administration Assist with day-to-day task. Filling and archiving all documents. Minimum Requirements Own car and valid driver's license - No Exceptions. Matric with higher in math's 5 years bookkeeping experience INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCE 3 YEAR EXPERIENCE ON PASTEL Advanced experience on Excel/ Word Ideally English and Afrikaans
