MAIN PURPOSE As an Ambassador of Mont Blanc to develop and maximize the performance of the boutique through achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives. Working with an exciting team and assisting the Boutique Manager for a successful customer experience. CONTEXT Based in the Boutique, reporting to the Boutique Manager, representing the brand inside and outside the boutique KEY CONTACTS: Internal Boutique team Retail Director Retail Operations Manager Retail Coordinator Marketing Department Trainer Visual Merchandiser External Clients Richemont Dubai Shared Service (focus CS, Logistics) Mall Management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maximise performance of the boutique Apply all international & local Retail guidelines Support Boutique Manager in the management of the boutique team The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for: Sales Maximise turnover of the boutique Sales generated inside the boutique Sales generated outside the boutique (presentations made in palaces and to VIP clients) Discount management: Control of discount in the boutique Support the sales team in achieving their personal targets and contributing to the achievement of the targets of the boutique Assisting other Sales Associates during sales (service, gift wrapping, etc.), Assisting Sales Associates and Stock controller in administrative tasks (cash register, stock) Observation and coaching of the team in sales process Monitor KPI development and propose action plan to the Boutique Manager Customer Focus & Service Direct contact with Royals and Collectors Contributes to the implementation of customer relationship programs Contributes to the improvement of database registration (quantity and quality) Contributes to professional Customer Service / After Sales Service execution in Boutique Operations and Admin Main contact for all requests related to the boutique in absence of the Boutique Manager Ensure strict adherence to the Richemont & Montblanc specific Retail procedures Proper maintenance in the Boutique Implementation of security concept Assisting with Boutique Reports (Daily, After Sales , Analysis) Support in Team Management & Leadership Definition and follow up on KPI's & targets for the team Motivation of the team Integration and training of new Sales Associates in the field Monitor self-learning progress of team Training & coaching of the Boutique team on the job Support in Operations, Admin & Marketing Proper execution and timely delivery of boutique reports Execution of promotion and incentives on boutique level Propose and support in the realisations of Marketing activities (commercial) With Stock Controller Optimising stock management in Boutiques (replenishment, rotation, inventory, etc.) With Visual Merchandiser & Retail Operations Manager Excellence at POS at any time & control of quality of displays Adhesion to appropriate display and product guidelines at all times Apply Now
