Qualifications and qualities of the successful applicant include: Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Management Experience in Debt Collection/ Retail / Credit Industries Knowledge of National Credit Act, Debt Collectors Act etc. Computer Literacy in Outlook, Excel & Word Administrative Experience & Abilities Leadership & Entrepreneurial Qualities Confident, Independent, Self-Motivated Responsible Decision Making Excellent Interpersonal & Conflict Resolution Skills Must have own transport and minimum Matric qualification. Management degree/qualification required Requirements: Ability to work in a team Strong managerial and decision-making capabilities to manage people and performance. Must have strong administrative, organization and numerical skills to understand and achieve targets and manage financial reporting. Ability to motivate employees and communicate effectively with people from different levels of employment.
