Reference: NFU011329-MIC-1 Job Description: The position's aim is to apply established accounting principles and procedures to analyse financial data, produce accurate and timely financial reports and statements, oversee the implementation of financial practices to meet financial objectives, and maintain proper accounting controls and governance standards. Additionally, it involves managing the activities of the team. Responsibilities: Financial Management : Assist in all financial aspects including management accounts, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, variance analysis, and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax legislation. Team Supervision : Assist in leading a team, ensuring timely completion of tasks, adherence to financial controls, and fostering a productive working environment. Stakeholder Management : Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships to achieve operational objectives, communicate with branches, and liaise with auditors. Performance Optimization : Identify opportunities to minimize costs, increase revenue, and implement strategies for financial efficiency and growth. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and/or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Economics, or Accounting with NQF Level 07. Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in a fast-paced financial environment.
