Our client, a key player in the sector, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant General Manager with previous experience in Food Manufacturing or Agriculture to be a driving force in their team. Key Qualifications: Financial/Commercial/Business Management degree or equivalent. At least 4 years' experience in FMCG. Proven track record within the FOOD manufacturing environment. Proven leadership experience. Solid experience with financial controls, general, and operations management within a manufacturing environment. Strong financial acumen. Your Leadership Journey: Oversee financial controls, operations, and general management in the manufacturing sector. Demonstrate your proven leadership skills in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Utilize your financial acumen to drive strategic decisions.
