- Financial/Commercial/Business Management degree or equivalent.
- At least 4 years' experience in FMCG.
- Proven track record within the FOOD manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Solid experience with financial controls, general, and operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong financial acumen.
