Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for their team. Requirements Grade 12 (matric certificate) Hotel School Diploma / C&G Advanced Diploma / Equivalent (not negotiable, partial studies do not qualify) Must have held a FOC position for a minimum of 1-2yrs, with proven experience/exposure to all departments. Clear criminal record Drivers License preferred About: As an Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager in the running of the business to ensure that services are consistent with set standards of service and quality, and the desired profitability. Responsible for the effective operation of departments assigned to his / her supervision. To successfully market the business's product and services. To ensure a congenial atmosphere in which employees can perform to the best of their ability. Responsibilities: Financial People management Operational Service Salary: The position is an optional Live-in position R 21 000 per month CTC 13th cheque Partial medical aid and retirement will be deducted (mandatory)
