Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily operations and management of the maintenance team.
Ensure the upkeep of the lodge's infrastructure, including guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly to uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and guest experiences.

Requirements:

Extensive operational knowledge in the fields of: Water reticulation, boreholes, sewage systems, refrigeration, electrical reticulation.
Understanding of high & low voltage systems.
Knowledge of NOSA safety standards, rules and regulations.
Knowledge of gas installations, such as but not limited to gas geysers, gas stoves, and multi braais.
Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
