Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including budget variance analysis and financial reporting Support the Management Accountant in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate any discrepancies Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax filings Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights to support decision-making Contribute to process improvements and initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
