Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including budget variance analysis and financial reporting Support the Management Accountant in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate any discrepancies Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax filings Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights to support decision-making Contribute to process improvements and initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Eligible to work in South Africa Between 3 - 5 Years
