Assistant Operations - Nelspruit
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
3 - 5 years experience in similar position
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Own transport and valid driver's license
Duties will include the following:
Administrative Support:
Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff members
Correspondence and Communication:
Handling incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and messages, and redirecting them to the appropriate personnel
Document Preparation:
Drafting and formatting documents, letters, reports, and other business correspondence
Meeting Support:
Assisting in organizing meetings, preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing them to participants
Travel Arrangements:
Assisting in making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
Record Keeping:
Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
Client Relations:
Providing polite and professional assistance to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive image of the company
Team Coordination:
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient teamwork and completion of tasks
Confidentiality:
Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information and maintaining high levels of professionalism
