If you said yes and you know what it takes to empower a Financial Planner, you're committed to making any business thrive and you enjoy harnessing your administrative acumen to extend your consistent support, then you are what we are looking for What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You will support a small team of Financial Planners with daily administration which will include interacting with insurance companies, investment platforms and clients. You will also aid the Financial Planners with processing new business and existing business like investments, risk, medical aid, trusts and estates. You will also monitor all activities relating to clients which includes client reviews and requests as well as manage the Wealth Manager's diary. Where you'll be doing it You'll be joining a small financial planning brokerage, they are well-established and thriving. They provide customised financial planning services to their clients. You'll be office based daily in professional offices in Eversdal, Durbanville. What you'll need You need to have gained at least 2 years of experience in financial planning doing all the relevant administration and support. You will need to have completed your Matric and a qualification/diploma in financial planning is highly advantageous. You also need to have gained experience working with Work/Workpool/XPlan or Elite Wealth's financial planning software. Experience working with at least 2 of the following platforms Glacier/Momentum/Sanlam/Allan Gray/Discovery or Ninety One is highly advantageous. You need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans to enable you to service the clients.
