Position: Assistant Store Manager Location: Westville, KZN Industry: Clothing Retail Minimum Qualifications: Matric Min 5 Years in Clothing Retail Industry Sales Driven Own Vehicle Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Driven Emails (Resolving Customer and Internal Enquiries) Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency Delivering good customer service through the team Managing other administrative and HR tasks Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays Good telephonic etiquette Refunding customers Making sure monthly targets are met Making sure the store is kept and neat at all times Managing stock levels Make sure store is in perfect condition Planning staff tasks and making sure the tasks are completed accordingly. Track record of driving and motivating a team
