What you'll be doing if you get the job: As a member of the data capturer team, your primary focus will be to receive and capture new electronic or paper proposal application and service requests onto our online system. You'll have to keep your fingers on the pulse of our internal service level agreement to make sure you achieve the agreed turnaround times. You'll work closely with our tele-underwriting teams. Who'll you report to: You'll be based at our client operations division at our Gqeberha office. You'll report to our manager: data capture and medical receipting who is accountable for all our data capturing and medical receipting functions. Your duties will include but not limited to: • Capture of electronic or paper applications • Capturing of service requests • In process quality assurance of all captures completed • Receipting of applications Your qualifications: • You must have passed grade 12. Your skills and character traits: • Knowledge of MS office is essential • Attention to detail • Work under pressure • You are organised and have good administrative skills • You are quality driven • Have pay attention to detail (accuracy is important) • You have the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to the team's accomplishments • You have the ability to operate effectively under pressure. • You are task and deadline orientated • You must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities • You have a strong sense of ownership • You can manage your own time • You are proactive R6 800.00 with a 40% monthly incentive bonus
