RPO Recruitment's client is seeking a qualified and experienced Audit Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the auditing process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing valuable insights to improve financial operations and controls. Responsibilities: Coordinate and conduct periodic audits of financial statements, operational processes, and internal controls Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management procedures and controls Identify and communicate potential areas of risk and opportunities for improvement Review audit findings and recommendations with senior management Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations Manage a team of auditors, providing guidance and support Stay updated with industry trends and changes in auditing standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Essential CA (SA) with 2-5 years post articles experience Proven experience as an Audit Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of auditing procedures, accounting principles, and financial regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity and professional ethics Benefits Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
