- B.Com in Accounting or equivalent from a SAICA accredited university.
- Completion of SAICA articles.
- High technical proficiency in IFRS, ISA, and Tax.
- Experience with Caseware is advantageous.
- Own transport and a Valid Driving License preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS.
- Conduct audits and review files to maintain audit quality.
- Manage and oversee SAICA audit clerks.
- Train and mentor SAICA trainees.
- Lead the audit team and manage client relations.
- Supervise multiple audit engagements and staff.
- Liaise on matters related to audits.
- Assist in the evaluation of audit procedures.
- Produce detailed reports and oversee billing processes.
- Ensure adherence to BVSA standards and manage fee structures.
- Effectively manage working capital.
