The purpose of the position is to safetly carry out preventative maintenance and repairs in line with restrictions. Closing date: 26 April 2024 Responsibilities: Conduct fault-finding on all electric systems, electronic systems, PLC's and engine management systems (all less than 100V); Ensure adherence to safety & health, environment, quality and good housekeeping standards; Ensure adherence to legal requirements; Complete breakdown in adequate time; Provide correct feedback to superiors; Diagnose, overhaul, repair, maintain and test diesel powered Earthmoving equipment and machinery using specialised tools and equipment; Conduct regular plant/site inspections. Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as an electrician in a heavy industrial environment, with experience in earthmoving equipment (Crushers, Graders, Loaders, TLB's, Excavators) Trade Test (Auto Electrician)
