We are looking to hire a seasoned Sales Manager to head up our auto products sales department in Germiston . MUST have more than 10 years experience as sales manager and leading and managing a large sales team. Oversee the management of organizational sales by analyzing trends, developing business plans & meeting planned turnover targets. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets , and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. • Meeting planned sales goals. • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. • Promoting the organization and products. • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Strategic B2B Suitable Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field 10 Years of Sales Management Experience with a high turnover (R50 million plus per month) 10 Years of Team Management Experience 10 Years of Customer Relationship Management 10 Years in planning & implementing sales strategies. SAP Experience or any ERP system MUST demonstrate analytical ability in various sales metrics, i.e. performance, competitors, product performance, salesfunnel, etc. Salary : R50K - R80K per month (based on experience) Benefits : R4000 towards medical aid, 13th cheque, Provident fund Permanent Position Location: Germiston
