My client based in Mamelodi Pretoria is looking for an Auto Parts Shop Manager previous experience working with Auto Parts.Auto Spares Manager is responsible for the performance and management of the parts and accessories sold within the Auto Spares. This role involves overseeing commercial and organizational activities within the department.Our growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Auto Spares Manager. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.Responsibilities and Duties1. Sales Forecasting:- Develop and implement sales forecasts for the parts business.- Provide input on efforts to enhance existing products while maintaining pricing and gross margin requirements.2. Marketing and Sales:- Develop and implement marketing programs and objectives to increase sales and profitability.- Analyze sales statistics to formulate activities that promote sales.- Meet monthly sales targets.3. Inventory Management:- Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels.- Implement and control the stripping and proper placement of all used spares.- Ensure parts are stored correctly to prevent damage and losses.- Identify fast vs slow movers and maintain appropriate stock levels.- Perform monthly stock takes to ensure accurate stock levels on the system.
