Our premium client in the automotive industry, is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Auto Electrician to join their dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose electrical issues in diesel trucks.
Repair wiring harnesses and electrical connections.
Test and replace faulty starters and alternators.
Troubleshoot problems with lighting systems.
Repair or replace malfunctioning batteries.
Ensure proper functioning of fuel injection systems.
Inspect and repair electronic control modules. (ECMs)
Install and maintain auxiliary electrical components, such as GPS systems or entertainment units.
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

A relevant qualification in automotive mechanics or diesel technology from a recognized institution.
Prior experience in premium Brands.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel injection, emission control systems, and electronic control modules.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Any additional certifications or training related to diesel technology or automotive mechanics would be advantageous.
