Duties:
- Process orders and quotes
- Manage (and resolve) issues as rapidly and as accurately as is possible
- Fielding calls and emails direct from clients and processing these orders
- Processing issues of varying complexity (from delivery inquiries through to error resolution)
- Participate in short daily WIP meetings
- Create and close cases in CRM or appropriate ERP solution
- Enter details into CRM
- Generate case or order acknowledgement
- Inside Sales will route customer-service issues and orders to you for processing
- You will transfer inquiries to Inside Sales when the customer is unsure of their requirements ( i.e. they don't have a list of required SKU's )
