We are currently recruiting for a Bakery Manager / Confectioner to join our dynamic team, based in Stellenbosch (Western Cape). The purpose of the Bakery Manager / Confectioner is to manufacture confectionery products to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Implement Cyclical Production Plans Control ingredients used in baking Confectionery Control stock Hygiene & Housekeeping Supervise staff Customers At least 3 years baking experience Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent Recognized technical qualification in Confectionery The incumbent must be prepared to work shifts Creative flair for product presentation Only applicants who meet above requirements will be considered.
