Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience as a Barman/Bar lady • Must be passionate about the hospitality industry • Clear criminal record • Sober habits Responsibilities: • Provide an excellent guest drinking experience. • Create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. • Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks. • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. • Maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all bar areas. • Check drink presentations and temperature to make sure of their quality. • Ensure that the bar is set up and ready for service. • Ensure a minimum loss through breakage, waste, theft, and incorrect orders. • Assist management in taking bar stock.
