If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to lodge guests. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses. Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure guest satisfaction. Work closely with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and good presentation. Anticipate guests' needs and promptly address any concerns or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly. Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials and ingredients, to answer any questions guests may have. Assist with cleaning duties in the dining area and other areas of the lodge as needed. Uphold standards of hygiene and safety in food service and handling. Assist in training new staff members as required. Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management if necessary. Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender, with proficiency in preparing a wide range of drinks. Experience in waitering is essential. Prior experience working in a lodge or similar hospitality environment is beneficial. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. R6 500 per month, with accommodation provided. Apply Now
