Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with demanding clients, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
