• Minimum qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with demanding clients, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Knowledge or interest in plumbing fixtures and products is an advantage.
