The role is responsible for leading an influential team of behavioural economist who use research and methods from the sciences to solve complex business challenges and create new ideas and solutions. The role partners strategically with business stakeholders to design impactful enhancements to services or product offerings. It influences the adoption and implementation of behavioural economic practices and recommendations. The incumbent has a unique ability to combine sciences, data and business knowledge to solve practical business problems. Lead conversations with internal customers, understands their business requirements, analyses and data support requirements. Identify business goals and challenges and apply behavioral science to improve or change behavior both customer and employees Set goals for the larger organization, assessing gaps and developing a tactical plan to meet the goals. Use behavioral insights to work with other parts of the business to research, design and run various behavioral interventions Inform our approach to capturing and interpreting new data signals that further optimize nudges and other behavioral interventions Effectively coordinating with business stakeholders and external vendors to build change interventions Preemptively managing, together with business stakeholders, all risks relating to change interventions Contribute to content creation Provide expert advice, analysis and thought leadership through statistical and behavioral analysis of data Keep abreast of the latest behavioral science academic research and networking within the behavioral science community. Contribute to research development e.g., defining research questions and exploring different methodologies. Proving expert advice and thought leadership with the aim of improving appropriate pricing strategies that compete in the market Accountable for service delivery, through team and individual performance Manages the end-to-end HR function Sets operational standards and best practice for internal environment. Selects and develops talented staff to build pipeline.
