As the Beverage Manager you will oversee all aspects of our beverage program, with a focus on coffee, wine, and cocktails. You will be responsible for curating an exceptional selection of beverages, training and leading our beverage team, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. Coffee Program: Curate and maintain an exceptional coffee program, showcasing a variety of specialty coffees and brewing methods. Train and educate staff on coffee preparation techniques and flavor profiles. Ensure the consistent quality of coffee beverages served to guests. Wine Selection and Service: Develop and manage a diverse wine list that complements our menu offerings. Train staff on wine service standards, including proper storage, decanting, and presentation. Conduct wine tastings and educate staff on wine varietals and regions. Cocktail Program: Create and update a creative and innovative cocktail menu that reflects current trends and guest preferences. Train bartenders on cocktail preparation techniques, garnishes, and presentation. Maintain quality control and consistency in cocktail preparation. Inventory Management: Oversee beverage inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation. Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders as needed to meet demand while minimizing waste. Training and Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for beverage staff, including regular tastings and workshops. Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism among beverage team members. Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive attentive and knowledgeable beverage service. Handle guest inquiries and feedback regarding beverage offerings with professionalism and courtesy. Budget Management: Monitor beverage costs and expenses, working to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Develop strategies to increase beverage sales and revenue. Required profile Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in Food or and Beverage management Extensive coffee knowledge -coffee specialist Attendance, active participation and coordination of self and team in all relevant training sessions on & off site. Training, coaching and guidance to instore teams and menu developments Product / Beverage menu development Well versed on entire function of bar - include. juices, cocktails, keg and alcohol management, bar design, layout and flow Development and maintenance of bar SOPs Auditing of processes and product Desired Qualities: Articulate and personable Passion for quality and consistency Creative thinker If no rpely is received within 4 business days please consider your application unsuccessful Apply Now
