Key responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinating the bidding process within the company.
- Analyse and evaluate bid requirements and assign them to the relevant internal departments.
- Formulate effective strategies for the bidding process, manage resources and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Create comprehensive bid documents ensuring adherence to the tender guidelines.
- Regular and timeous updates to internal stakeholders, monitoring progress and bid outcomes.
- Lead and manage the bid team to deliver excellence in all bid functions.
- Support the Sales Department and specifically the Sales Specialists and Business Development Specialists in preparing quality proposals and submissions of information.
- Reporting and management of all RFIs, RFPs, Quotations and Leads.
Education and experienceBachelors Degree or National Diploma in Sales/Business Development/Marketing
Matric (Senior Certificate)
Valid Drivers License
Min 8 Years Solid Experience in Sales, Business Development, Market Trends & Best Practices Sales Environment
Strong Sales Knowledge & Bid Management (Ideally in the Services Industry), Negotiations Skills, Project Management, Commercial Acumen
MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook (advanced skill level).
