Our client in the facilities management space is looking for a Bid Manager to deliver high-quality bid proposals and submissions. Key responsibilities: Oversee and coordinating the bidding process within the company. Analyse and evaluate bid requirements and assign them to the relevant internal departments. Formulate effective strategies for the bidding process, manage resources and ensure compliance with client requirements. Create comprehensive bid documents ensuring adherence to the tender guidelines. Regular and timeous updates to internal stakeholders, monitoring progress and bid outcomes. Lead and manage the bid team to deliver excellence in all bid functions. Support the Sales Department and specifically the Sales Specialists and Business Development Specialists in preparing quality proposals and submissions of information. Reporting and management of all RFI’s, RFP’s, Quotations and Leads. Education and experience Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Sales/Business Development/Marketing Matric (Senior Certificate) Valid Driver’s License Min 8 Years’ Solid Experience in Sales, Business Development, Market Trends & Best Practices Sales Environment Strong Sales Knowledge & Bid Management (Ideally in the Services Industry), Negotiations Skills, Project Management, Commercial Acumen MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook (advanced skill level).
