Introduction BPL is looking for an individual with strong, forward thinking operations experience in Warehousing and Logistics to ensure KPI’s and packing standards are met. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric At least 2 years experience in a similar role At least 2 years experience in warehousing/stock control & inventory Supervisory experience would be viewed favourably Job Specification OPERATIONS Controlling all operational activities, ensuring a high level of inventory accuracy is met. Adherence to SHE standards, ISO and company policies Ensure compliance to good hygiene and housekeeping disciplines within all areas of responsibility Manage the effective servicing and maintenance of all equipment Maintaining accurate stock levels Ensure all required reporting is done timeously and accurately to ensure KPI achievement Ensure staff productivity in the operation is measured and achieved Draw up, study and monitor daily cycle counts and investigate variances Customer Service and satisfaction to be met in terms of timeous response to customer queries/needs How to Apply Click here to apply online
