Job & Company Description:The successful candidate will keep track of accounts and stock control.
Some duties include:
- Plan and manage stock counts
- Manage and control stock account
- Processing of bank account and reconciliation
- Credit card control and reconciliation
- Daily cash ups and balancing
- Complete journals and accruals
- General office admin
- Assist Finance Manager with the annual audits
Education:Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or accounting
Job Experience & Skills Required:- 3 to years' experience in bookkeeping up to balance sheet
- Experience in balance large bank accounts essential
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel essential
