Bookkeeper Montague Gardens Cape Town Our FMCG Manufacturing client in Montague Gardens is looking for a bookkeeper with 3 years experience. Prepare entries up to Trial Balance level on SAGE Evolution. Salary Negotiable to experience Min Requirements Matric 3 years plus full bookkeeping experience Experienced in Recons Relevant Financial or Bookkeeping Certificate of Diploma – Added advantage Sage Evolution experience SARS Efiling experience Excel experience Job Duties Full Bookkeeping for Cape Town Branch – SAGE Evolution Preparing transactions/entries up to trial balance level. Capturing invoices(customers and suppliers) Balance sheet reconciliations, including customers and suppliers. Bank reconciliations Petty Cash & Daily “cash-ups” for drivers Liaise with suppliers and customers Update and upkeep Excel file statistics Assist manager with daily ad hoc tasks Assist and loading of Inventory Assist with Stock management Knowledge of submitting VAT and PAYE returns Apply online Frogg Recruitment
