Bookkeeper - Cape Town City Centre

The Bookkeeper will be assisting the Financial Accountant with bookkeeping and admin tasks, providing back-up for receptionist duties, day-to-day invoice processes and the generation of quotations for customers or during busy periods.

This role is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town Northern Suburbs.

Responsibilities:
  • Weekly counting & processing of the petty cash
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on Excel
  • Assist with admin duties assigned by the Financial Accountant
  • Assist in reception (when needed)
  • Generate quotes
  • Day-to-day invoice processing

Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • Completed Matric/Diploma required
  • 3+ Years experience in a similar role
  • Sage Evolution 200
