The Bookkeeper will be assisting the Financial Accountant with bookkeeping and admin tasks, providing back-up for receptionist duties, day-to-day invoice processes and the generation of quotations for customers or during busy periods.
This role is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town Northern Suburbs.Responsibilities:- Weekly counting & processing of the petty cash
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on Excel
- Assist with admin duties assigned by the Financial Accountant
- Assist in reception (when needed)
- Generate quotes
- Day-to-day invoice processing
Job Experience & Skills Required:- Completed Matric/Diploma required
- 3+ Years experience in a similar role
