- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Bookkeeping
- Related qualification (advantageous)
- Administration experience
Job Duties- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
