The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with multiple branches/companies and be immediately available. Education: Relevant Finance qualification or experience Skills/Experience required: At least 5 years bookkeeping to trial balance experience essential Experience working on Pastel essential VAT and efiling experience essential Experience with dealing with more than one company Experience with tight deadlines Additional Requirements: Must have own transport Job Description: Capturing high volumes invoices and processing payments for suppliers Invoicing and capturing of debtor payments Reconciling and processing of the cashbooks Capturing and processing daily expenses Posting journals Cash and credit card recons Processing and submitting the VAT accurately.
