This is the ideal opportunity for a Bookkeeper who is immediately available to gain experience within the Hospitality industry. Education: Financial qualification Skills/Experience required: Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience up to Trial Balance Job Description: Complete accounts up to trial balance of 5 to 6 copmany's accounts which includes: Bank Reconciliation's Journals Processing/capturing of Cash Books/Journals Completing and updating Working paper files Liaising with relevant hotels to resolve queries Fixed assets administration: Update fixed assets files with invoices Update excel spreadsheets with new amounts Prepare depreciation schedules Completing VAT for one of the companies Check and verify EFT payments in Standard Bank's website Please apply directly, by clicking on the apply button or visit www.placetalent.co.za for more exciting opportunities.
