Relevant Tertiary qualification Bookkeeping and Sage One experience. Any qualifications in logistics is an advantage. Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, bookkeeping and entry level management, with mainly experience as a personal assistant. Very strong admin skills Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to multitask Responsibilities: Manage finance managers diary Assist with basic bookkeeping Daily tasks and personal tasks, as well as manage 3 drivers full time, with another person Assisting in completing clerical tasks for senior members, including emails, phone calls and scheduling meetings. Assisting with daily time management. Run errands as requested. Skills: Attention to detail Thorough Team player Flexible and open to change Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Business management skills Excellent verbal communication skills Tech savvy with email, accounting programs and AI. Strong time management and organisational skills.
