Role synopsis Downstream Challenge is BP’s early career development programme, and the aim of the programme is to build fully competent independent professionals within a discipline to support business delivery across the Southern Africa business. It is a competency based programme which provides graduates with practical experience and formal learning while building discipline foundations. In South Africa and Mozambique, the programme typically runs over 24 months and consists of rotations depending on the business requirements. The actual time could be longer or shorter depending on individual circumstances and experience. Graduates joining the Southern Africa Downstream Challenge Programme will have the opportunity to learn and develop job related skills and competencies in their specific area of interest. Key accountabilities Key accountabilities will be determined when you join the programme.
