The Branch administrator / Receptionist is tasked with providing a quality administrative support service through the completion of the following tasks. Presenting a professional image at all times. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Control of petty cash. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. Providing administrative assistance as required to consultants. Ensuring the professional layout, presentation, and accuracy of all typed documents. Maintenance of candidate databases as required. Maintenance of office equipment, furniture, etc. Compiling statistical information as required. Ensuring branch computer equipment is well maintained and serviced regularly. Maintenance of sales journal. Obtaining authorisation for payment of creditor invoices and forwarding to Head Office for payment. Ensuring coordination of activities with other service lines. Typing of candidate CV's. Establishing and maintaining control systems for: Candidate CV's. Stationery, office supplies, equipment, and promotional items. Reference checks required. Candidate interviews. Debtor credit checks. Receptionist/telephonist relief. Filing and record-keeping (manual and computerised). Ensuring all required candidate paperwork is completed accurately and forwarded to all the relevant parties in a timely manner. Key Competencies Grade 12 Strong administrative experience in a service industry Accurate word processing skills with above-average speeds Excellent communication skills Computer literate Presentable Financial administrative skills Zulu speaker Apply Now
