We are a premium truck retail group that believes in good quality products, focusing on excellent customer service. We're excited to announce the opening of our new branch in Midrand and are seeking for a young, talented individual to join our team. Daily cash up recon; Receive payments & generate invoices accordingly; Customer Service; Office administration and filing.; Switchboard; Ensuring stock levels are maintained for stationary, office consumables & groceries; Welcoming and assisting guests; Booking conference venues and organizing functions; Ad hoc tasks for management; Add-ons Any additional tasks required from time to time; Experience with merchant machines; Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role; Effective written, verbal and active listening communications skills; Familiarity with ERP systems; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Time management skills - Accuracy & Speed; Ability to work both individually as well as in a team-based environment; Dependable, punctual and flexible; Valid driver's licence as well as own reliable vehicle is essential; Ability to handle situations with tact and professionalism; Salary R12,000 - Negotiable dependent on experience
