Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Customer Service Manager to join their client's team in the Retail Industry. As a Branch Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the customer service operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving customer loyalty. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring service metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department Ensure excellent customer service standards are met and maintained Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance performance and productivity Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations Monitor service metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and implement relevant strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 5 to 6 years’ experience as a Customer Service and or Branch Manager 5 to 6 years of Hands-on Leadership skills and a Team Player 5 to 6 years of Microsoft Suite experience 5 to 6 years of Retail Management Systems Previous working experience within a stressful, fast paced environment – non-negotiable Benefits Salary: Market Related Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
