Maintain efficient branch operations by overseeing inventory management and adherence to policies. Monitor performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth. Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and support overall business objectives. Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred. Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of retail sales principles, inventory management, and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
