Reference: JHB011657-LB-1My client is seeking to employ an Executive: Brand and Communications at group level. You will be accountable for defining and developing the brand and integrated marketing communications plans with the aim of targeting the company’s key segments through multiple touch points using ATL and BTL campaigns.Functional areas include: Media Planning & Strategy, Marketing & Brand Communications, Sponsorships & Events, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing and Public Relations. This is a BEE appointment. Responsibilities include: Define and reinforce the companies market position through brand positioning and affinity-driving campaigns. Design and manage the integrated marketing communications plan across all segments, channels, and products for ATL and BTL using innovative and customer-oriented go-to-market strategies. Manage and drive marketing efforts across online and offline channels. Align marketing communications with go-to-market trade marketing. Optimize media channels, media networks and available properties. Provide oversight on brand framework and architecture design including developing and maintaining a comprehensive set of brand identity tools and guidelines across the group. Define, manage and evolve the company’s sponsorship strategy and portfolio to uplift brand equity. Requirements: A minimum of an NQF 7 degree in marketing and communications or related A post-graduate qualification will be highly advantageous Relevant experience in a fast-paced environment 3 years in a senior managerial level position Marketing and brand-building experience R 1600000 - R 2100000 - Annually
