Managed People Solutions is looking for a Brand Coordinator within a well known Liquor company based in Gauteng. Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of brand and SKU strategy to the Sales team. Feedback on implementation of Brand strategy to Brand. Update the Trello board and sales management team on brand activity Ensure new product sheet is completed and sent to brand. Validate new pricing schedule and sent to finance. Brand Tastings. Effective briefing from brand to sales team about tastings. Dealing with brands regarding booking out of stock TS Docs. Management of deadlines. Ensure the accurate, timeous and efficient control and logistics of company and brand POS material and promotional stock. Coordinate events and promotions staffing requirements, product briefing and training as well as necessary feedback. Manage company events as per Event SOP. Ensure necessary planning and implementation at events. Ensure stock is booked out on TS Docs. Ensure that the stock levels and SKU are managed on Trade Zone on a daily basis. Manage the point of sales material received from suppliers as well as ensuring the good order of the stock room. Ensure Sales Consultants are aware what POS material that can be used in trade. Ensure that this process is co-ordinated throughout all regions and that all regions have access to the POS material. Assist to develop the Monthly Staff Promotional pack. Ensuring that packs are within budget. Identify and communicate slow moving or obsolete inventory to management. Manage stock levels of old vintages prior to new product launches. Requirements Tertiary Education: IMM Diploma and/or Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Minimum 2 years trade and/or marketing experience and track record in sales and/or marketing within the FMCG environment. Apply Now
