Minimum Job Requirement: - Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
- Min 6 year's sales and marketing experience.
- Furniture manufacturing / FMCG experience an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Report to the Head of Sales:
- Formulate and implement customer strategies to achieve sales volumes, margins.
- Manage and ensure that all records are continually updated and maintain individual contact with key customers and management.
- Conceptualise, develop, manage, and implement a sales strategy to achieve Brand objectives through accurate forecasting.
- Manage brand sales strategy.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of sales and supply regular forecasts quarterly while keeping top management informed of any potential changes.
- Initiate new channels and markets to expand and grow the business.
- Contribute to ensure continued product development.
- Analyse and drive the largest client's business forward by using the data given, and drive commercial insight.
- Accurately forecast fashion items to maximise returns, and reduce usage of provisions and write-backs.
- Assist with sales forecasts and collection of overdue accounts.
- Advise customers on technical or procedural issues.
- Execute brand sales strategy in alignment with Divisional strategy.
- Achieve brand sales targets at required margins.
- Prepare sales expenses and effectively manage expenditure.
- Initiate and develop new channels and markets.
- Accurately forecast sales and profits.
- Manage and monitor customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer complaints.
