Gauteng, Centurion R45 000 - R45 000 Monthly Cost To Company A very well know company in Centurion is looking for a Business Savvy Brand Manager with in-depth understanding of marketing strategies and branding principles. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Marketing Min of 5 - 7 years in a Brand Manager position in the Retail or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant industry) essential. Essential knowledge of consumer behaviour, marketing analytics, branding and content creation. In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and branding principles. Project Management experience. Basic knowledge of budgets and allocation of line items. Comfortable with CRM Software Strong research and analytical skills. Willing to work over weekend if necessary for activations and brand presence Own transport and valid drivers license. Must live within 25km radius of Centurion Other skills required: Excellent communication and writing skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Conducting market research. Analysing data for trends, insights, and information. Advising internal teams on branding strategy. Communicating with marketing team to ensure brand alignment. Business savvy. Ability to multitask. Analytical Mind-Set: Need to have a knack for analysing data as it helps gauge the competition, identify opportunities, and understand consumer behaviour. Interpreting data and using it to implement new strategies can enhance performance and drive growth. Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies Building relationships with influencers, journalists and media owners where not already in place and necessary Conducting meetings with service providers and franchisees Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies Team player and working collectively to meet brand objectives as well as engaging with other departments In depth Marketing experience a plus Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
